It is the addition of people in the existng population during a given period of time. It refers to change in the population of a country during a given period of time.
It can be expressed as Absolute numner and % change per year Birth rate, Death rate,Migration determine the population change
Population Growth = Earlier population - Later population Population change = (Births + Immigration) - (Deaths + Emigration)
It leads to increase in population It can increase or decrease the population.
